Morning Vinyasa Flow Yoga + Sound Bowl Meditation - Donation-Based
Start your day with energy and calm in our Morning Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class followed by a soothing Sound Bowl Meditation. This class is designed for all levels, offering a dynamic flow of poses linked with breath to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Whether you're new to Vinyasa or a seasoned practitioner, you'll find a practice that supports your body and mind.
Practice on our private, outdoor yoga deck, just minutes from the beach, where you can enjoy the peaceful sounds of ocean waves crashing nearby. Dress warmly, as mornings can be cool, and feel free to bring layers for added comfort. Extra yoga mats are available if you don’t have your own.
After the Vinyasa flow, we’ll guide you into a state of deep relaxation with a Sound Bowl Meditation. The healing tones of crystal singing bowls and other instruments will create a peaceful atmosphere, easing stress and fostering emotional balance.
This class is donation-based, with a suggested donation of $10-$15 to support our community. Your contribution is greatly appreciated and helps us offer accessible wellness experiences for all.
